Ingredients: ½ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs freshly grated ginger
1 tbs tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
1 tsp orange zest
¼ -½ cup water
- Wisk all ingredients together except for the water.
- Add ¼ cup of the water and whisk again.
- Add the remaining water, a few drops at a time, if needed to thin the dressing to the desired consistency.
- Pour dressing in a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The appropriate serving size would be about 1 tablespoon over a salad or steamed vegetables of your choice.
